The first request was closed out saying it HAD been picked up.....the photos show it is still there as of july 12th 2023
It is in the road...must cross line to avoid it

I find this hard to believe that it's still not bren picked up...if anyone will drive down fort hill street from emery highway twords shurling drive ( THIS ON FORT HILL ST) THEY WILL SEE THIS ...EVEN A BLIND MAN WOULD SEE THIS...
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF REPORTING ANYTHING IF NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING AT ALL
THIS HAS BEEN UNBELIEVABLE ...THIS STUFF WILL ROT BEFORE ANYONE WILL EVER ADDRESS THIS ....MAYBE THE CITY SHOULD PICK IT UP.
