Deskripsyon

Lady feeds the birds,rodents,pigions etc several times a day. Clip will not do anything about it. Sevaral times I have counted over 70 pigions on the PECO wire waiting for her next feeding. Maybe she should get a job.

Let me see if I can get the SPCA involved. They may be able to tell her NOT to feed rodents & pigions.
