If you are speaking of the area next to the Mitrakas Apartments and the gas station that is not a city street. That is a right of way for Mr. Mitrakas's tenants and you should contact his office for the clearing. It is named Pleasant Place only to provide information for E911 purposes.

We have contacted his office and nothing has been done. Where the bus is parked is where the city would be putting the snow but instead of that the plow is taking the corner into Mitralas's property and blocking in the dumpster and the parking spots next to the dumpster. What can be done about the city plow doing that with the bus in its way?

I went on site and took pictures and have forwarded them to your landlord. She is addressing the bus issue.
