Is this drain still causing concern?

I have entered this issue into our work management system and forwarded it to Transportation to review. The reference number is SRQ2015-001251.

Site visit was conducted at this area of concern Tuesday, Feb 17. Cooler temperatures temporarily alleviated the drainage issues. We are currently under a warm trend. To facilitate drainage, crews are picking up piles and clearing snow storage in and around the City. In addition, storm crews are clearing drains as needed as part of their work cycle.
