  There is no building manager present for the past 7 weeks or more. There doesn’t seem to be any work going on during the day and the chiller unit at the back of the building does not seem to be running at all. Emails to the management have gone without responses. They just send the maintenance folks who say they fixed something and yet there is no change with the AC. Temperatures in the apartment are now above 85 everyday through this heat wave.

  The building ownership has provided updates on the repairs and the conditions inside he units. The equipment needed for repair has been ordered and they are awaiting delivery. The owner has made portable a/c units available to the residents.

  We have not been provided with any portable a/c units. I think you may be confusing the other building “Malden Gardens” where we have heard this was done. Humidity in the apartments have been at 75+ through the past week which was the warmest on record. There must be a way to hold the owners accountable to the poor standards of living conditions. There is no ETA on when this will be resolved either. Please reopen.

  Any update on this issue? The AC was supposed to be turned on by June 15th and it’s been a month almost 2 months
