2ND TIME REQUESTING...
WAS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED AND LATER CLOSED OUT BR MELANE AT RYLAND ON JUNE 28th saying it had been picked up....

IT IS IN FACT STILL THERE COVERING THE SIDEWALK AND INTO THE STREET MAKING DRIVER TO SWERVE TO AVOID...

STILL THERE AS OF 4 PM TODAY, JULY 11TH

I'M HOPEING THAT THIS IS A MISTAKE AND THAT IT WILL BE PICKED UP SOON...I CAN'T TELL YOJ HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE HAD TO CROSSOVER TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET TO AVOID IT. BEEN THAT WAY FOR MONTHS

BEFORE THIS IS CLOSED OUT FOF THE SECOND TIME...I HOPE SOMEONE WILL IT UP ...BEFORE IT CAUSES AN ACCIDENT.
