Description
Multiple colored ( more than 3) penises have been painted on Hidden Lake Drive. I have been told (have no verification) that they were placed there by the Huntsville Utilities to indicate installation of the natural gas lines. Bottom line is that using large penises painted on the roadways to indicate a gas installation is not appropriate. The residents who are by the penises have to endure the problem with the work and now obscene marking by the Utility Personnel. Please fix this asap.
