This is a continuos problem at the AT&T property.

AT&T has the responsibility of keeping its property clean. Although it is not responsible for the junk dropped off there it should consider cameras to catch violators.

This is a long term continous problem. The NCPC ( neighborhood crime prevention council ) for this area along with the city Councilperson along with the problem solving officer need to work together to combat this issue. Getting the trash picked up isn't the remedy it's just a guaranteed trash pickup. Do anyone know when and where the NCPC meeting for this area is? I live in another district but I will attend if known. AT&T has a responsibility to our community and at least should purchase security cameras to be used to identify the illegal dumpers. The city of Oakland is working on a reward program for help to prosecute these illegal dumpers. I don't care who these illegal dumpers are they are a menace to our city and need to be dealt with. I attend the church there on 90th and it's sad that I have to look at that garbage going into the house of worship. Also sad that neighbors have to put up with it on a daily/weekly bases.

Also need to add, management representative for AT&T need to be contacted and required to attend the community meeting addressing the dumping site surrounding their business. I will work with anyone in the community in getting this issue addressed. Let's show the community that we care and solicit their help...
