Deskripsyon

The drain on the corner of Charles and Penn has a large crack/road buckling from the drain (across from 1208 Penn St near the street light). The crack runs across Penn and down Charles Street headed towards N 2nd. The crack/buckling of the street is getting worse on a daily basis.

(Clarification the drain is not cracked, but the street itself... but appears the cracked street/buckling is being caused by the storm drain on the corner that is referenced above)
