At rush hour, the left turn from napa junction near Sonic to turn onto SB 29 is a problem because the light turns red at Rio Del Mar just before the left turn goes green. Then 29 from Rio to Napa junction is full, leaving little space for the turners onto 29, thus leaving them overflowing into the northbound lanes. Please adjust the timing.
