    Hello, yesterday was the first day of school. I heard from Mandy Le that Steve had assured her there would be no construction or lane closure interference with traffic (related to the new apartment construction) before 9am on school days. However there was a problem AFTER school yesterday. One lane of AC Road westbound was closed from well before Silver Oak and then beyond it. This caused a massive back up on AC road, almost back to Newell/ Flosden, between 1:00-2:00 when around 1800 students were released from ACHS and Canyon Oaks. The ridiculous part was that nothing was actually happening at the intersection or site of the closure on the corner. It appeared some work had been happening earlier and the lanes were left blocked. Please have the contractor make sure no lanes are blocked before 9 am AND at the release times - especially if there is nothing happening! This week it's 1:00-2:00pm,next week Canyon Oaks around 2:30 and ACHS 3:30. I thank you as well as the 500+ cars that were stuck in that mess yesterday trying to get from Newell to 29.

    Got Junk truck is still parked on the street daily. One day last week it was moved down James across American Canyon Rd to the south east corner. The next day it was back. It's unsightly to be parked there daily.

    Why is the Got Junk truck parked every day on James Rd just north of AC rd? Shouldn't a commercial vehicle be stored elsewhere?

    At rush hour, the left turn from napa junction near Sonic to turn onto SB 29 is a problem because the light turns red at Rio Del Mar just before the left turn goes green. Then 29 from Rio to Napa junction is full, leaving little space for the turners onto 29, thus leaving them overflowing into the northbound lanes. Please adjust the timing.
