Why are the people responsible for the laundromat parking lot allowed to plow snow into piles that block the sidewalk? They're prioritizing parking for their own customers over a public right of way. This is happening on both the Elm Street and Somerville Ave sides of the lot. Because of the way they've blocked the sidewalk and crosswalk at Elm and Porter, pedestrians have to cross at a non-crosswalk location, putting themselves at greater danger from unobservant drivers.
