This bush has only grown larger since first reported on See Click Fix in early June. It will soon completely block the sidewalk. This is a rental property with an absentee landlord who is living abroad. The house, which has moss all over the roof, as well as the property, is not being cared for or maintained.

Any citations issued are sent by mail to the property owner. If the property is not brought into compliance within the timeframe given, the City will abate the issue at the property owner’s expense.
