Description

Illegal camping next to Champlain Farms on North Avenue. This is known to BPD but initial trespass enforcement attempt by business owner was not supported by department. May be on city right of way. Now this situation has recently worsened and there are multiple tents. Please address this situation and end the illegal camping at this location.
