Was she hurt? Who helped her up? Was an ambulance called? About the only way to get an issue like this is for somebody like her to call 911 and threaten to sue the City.. too bad the judges don't care. Good pic. Can you phone the mayor's office? Phone calls in conjunction with posts like this are more effective.. keep that phone ringing, because,, as you can see,, it's easy to ignore this.
