Traffic light needs a separate bike signal for the bike lanes and turn signals for the cars. Best practice from other cities would have right and left turns on crescent st stopped while straight traffic and bike lane goes. Currently there is frequent close calls with turning cars and bikes since everyone has a green ligh at the same time.
