What am I missing here? The resident at the property noticed illegal dumping behind the house and notified the city via the mayor's program - 2/9. A second commentor included a photo and requested a pick up - 2/9. A code enforcement inspector was assigned to go and inspect for code violations - 2/9. A property maintenance code enforcement officer noted that the property is in violation and will return within the next week or too to see if corrective action has been taken - 2/23.....is the property maintenance code enforcement officer going to check and see if the city's picked up the crap as requested?

I live next door and I can verify that the city has not picked up the items, which are by the curb in the backyard on Burton Ave. I also requested a bulk pick-up which was confirmed by the city in a different thread and no one ever came... what is going on here?

I'm the initial person who posted. We got a notice of violation. My roommate called 311 and got a confirmation number. We both called the number on the violation paperwork and left messages with no response. Seems silly to use this website if it is going to be the same as calling violations on yourself.
