  The street w rotting produce and overfilled garbage cans w rotting produce would be public, no? And also buckled sidewalks and not being able to drive down side streets cuz of lines of cars and pallets blocking sidewalks. Which dept should we talk to about that? We know we can’t be the only community members who have been more than negatively impacted

The inspector cannot see or confirm violations from the right-of-way: street, alley or in fenced yards because they have limited access to enter private property. The violation does not meet the threshold for enforcement per Tacoma Municipal Code by Neighborhood and Community Services, Code Compliance.
