please help, this village and towns infrastructure is being pushed beyond it's design capibilities. the sidewalks and drainage on s. manheim put in by developer Seakill homes owner George Sifre for his development "the ridge" do not have curbs which cause dirt and property erosion to wash into the drainage flow and clog the paths and cause flooding, which during this past years severe storms caused severe flooding that closed down suny new paltz, flooding out their basements and main frames.
