All the problems in Albany and you dedicate your time to this minor inconvenience?

I’m guessing the property owner is someone connected to City Hall.

It can be very difficult to see when driving by that corner. You have to pull way into the road to get a view of incoming cars due to those hedges. Not safe.

According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

Its been more than 10 days since it was reported, I hope you have sent a crew to reinspect the issue

These hedges have been a nuisance for years. They block the sidewalk (even when trimmed) and block the view of oncoming traffic from the side street.

Some trimmed the bushes, only to remove the new growth that has occurred since the original posting. Sidewalk is still 50% obstructed. I'm beginning to think that White Privilege is alive and well in Albany, NY
