Yes, this is the city's responsibility but sadly the city doesn't always come through in service to its citizens. I should say that some effort was apparently made by someone to clear the drive and lot but they are far from being safe.

You are correct, this is the city responsibility. This was reported through Snowcrew which is ok, but to this address by the City, it need to be reporting via the CitizensConnect app or by calling (617) 635-4500.

Thanks, Charlie and Joseph. I guess citizens and government alike are struggling to find a place to put all this snow.
