The Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC), comprised of representatives from Police, Fire, Engineering, Public Works, and Planning, discussed and reviewed your request for creation of a crosswalk for pedestrians at 1019 Mission Road.
We appreciate your interest in improving accessibility and safety in our community. The requested crosswalk will be reviewed further for feasibility.
In the meantime, TAC recommends using the existing high-visibility crosswalk at the Oak Ave intersection to cross Mission Road.
