you can drive down 74 toward charlotte and between confernce drive to eastway there is no block that has all the street lights working this morning 12/29/2011 when i was on my way to work i counted only 2 out of 15 lights were working that was from Idlewild to Farmingdale on 74 independence I feel that if tax payers money goes to that then tax payers should have street lights on to see.

I no longer live in Charlotte so guess it is no concern of mine now
