Descrizione

The water leak is pouring out of the Water meter cap on Byrd Street by the second fire hydrant before the intersection of Byrd with 2nd Street. The photo shows the water pouring trail leading to the sewer gutter. it has been leaking like this since November 2014!!!!!!!!
