As a pedestrian I cross Lawrence and Pearl every morning and night and it's scary how thoughtless and reckless the drivers are. There are several "hot spots" around downtown with the same problem. No crosswalks, no yielding by drivers. Cross over the border to Vermont or Maine and people are nice and stop for you. Savages in Glens Falls.
