Properzi Way & Eliot St still have a several inch deep line of snow/slush down the middle of each street. Dangerous to cyclists who are now forced to ride in icy ruts left by cars.

If the city fails to clean snow off of city streets do we get to hang yellow tags on the street signs and fine the city for non-compliance? I imagine that the city can spare a plow for 5 minutes to make sure that the streets are finally safe, no?
