I would recommend calling the police and see if they would actually take the time. The tires can somewhat be trace by the Dot#, owner registration. if they are all different owners then they could talk to each owner and trace the tire dealer during the first sale and possibly the new sale of tires. Tire dumbing seems to be an issue around here. Just a Thought, but good luck with the issue.
