Description

City Plow cleared parking area of snow and pushed it along side of street and into crosswalk at SW Corner of Chapel and DePalma. Truck drove off as pedestrian was trying to climb over all the snow

There has been a lack of common sense among the plow drivers. They mindlessly go about clearing a mostly clear street and creating horrible conditions for pedestrians. Note to those in charge, pedestrians vote too.
