  Look back over the number of speeding complaints and every time the same answer, there is not an issue when clearly anyone that travel or lives along Mill Pond Drive sees daily there is a speeding issue.

  I agree. We live off Mill Pond Drive and hear these cars speed up and down, every single day, all day and night. There are multiple blind spots on Mill Pond Drive and the entire street is very dangerous. I sure hope something can be done to slow things down.

  This is a major problem and has been for a while. Loud mufflers, racing and general speeding has been a concern i have brought up to the city before and nothing has been done about it.

  Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We have shared your concern with the Police Department for consideration for increased enforcement. Additionally, we conducted a speed study at or near this location. The study collected speed data for vehicles traveling on this street 24 hours a day for 7 days. The results of the study showed that 85% of vehicles traveled at or below 39 mph. The study results were shared with the Police Department to inform their enforcement efforts. Additionally, these results will inform future planning for the areawide approach to traffic calming.

  The speed study also showed max speed was 71 mph. There is racing and other reckless driving happening. The average speed of drivers does not show this.
