Description

Dirt alley between houses on 300 W. 18th and 300 W. Home St. badly needs maintenance and holes filled in. There are several large holes up and down the alley but the worst is the access to the 1700 block of N. Adams St., just to the north of my residence at 1734 N. Adams St.
