For which direction?
We are currently looking at adding an eastbound to southbound right turn lane

I was heading south on 100th and I wanted to turn west onto 84th

Unfortunately this is insufficient space to provide a right turn lane at this location. The service road needs to be maintained to provide access to the houses.
