This light needs to become flashing after a certain time of night. Actually several lights on Bell Rd need in this area to flash after a certain time of night like they used to several months back.

This light also needs to have the timing adjusted. With all the traffic cutting through this poorly maintained side street from the Walmart, it makes it nearly impossible for the people who live on Zelida to exit their apartment's parking lots due to the traffic back up.
