The rooftop AC units for J Malden Apartment on the West Wing are generating excessive low-frequency vibration and noise to the units on the sixth floor every day and night, disturbing residents from sleeping for months. The problem had been reported many times to the apartment management but they responded slowly and no action taken so far. Is it possible to enforce the management to take measures to fix the issue?
