Why is it that RT 100 backs up from the stop sign on 422 off ramp to RT 100. The stop sign is for the off ramp not RT100. The stop sign needs to be moved back or turned to an angle. The traffic was much better before they moved the lanes.

People in pottstown complain about everything (Panauhin)

They have to move the lanes to work on the other side. And traffic backs up because IDIOTS can't read the signs a half a mile up the road telling them the lane is closed. Instead they continue to drive to the very end and wedge themselves in . It also backs up because people coming off 422 don't understand that they have to stop at the end and wait for a clearing. Not just pull out.
