At the corner of Hill Road and Hill Road Circle, most drivers fail to stop, and some do not even slow down. On one of the corners of the intersection there is an elementary school (Granberry) and a playground just a few feet from the corner. This makes for a dangerous area for children to travel to the playground and park.
