I would recommend filing a harassment complaint. Enough pointless calls to police could be considered harassment using a third party and she could have an injunction filed against her. I got a taste of this recently when I called her comments "rude" and she said she didn't have to "sugar-coat for the likes of me" and that it was a free speech issue... as if I don't have a right to speak my mind but she does!
