Description

This is a highly populated area, yet the speed limit is 50mph. Should be a no passing zone to at least the junction of 303. Many near accidents have occurred in the area with people speeding down the hill and passing cars, while others try to make turns out of their neighborhoods and end up facing head on to a passing car. Reduce the speed limit and / or make it a solid yellow line.
