Warning to dog owners walking in the Kenny neighborhood: a man walking a very large Rottweiler off leash and with one of those beeper collars (that I think delivers a shock if the dog misbehaves) in the neighborhood He was not aggressive and crossed the street but my dog is reactive to off leash dogs and Rottweilers in particular so posting FYI
