Three questions, if you don't mind: 1) What is the point of Citizen's Request if I'm advised to contact the departments directly, Couldn't I have done that in the first place? 2) I have an email folder with unanswered correspondence by City departments from as far back five years ago and as recently as three days ago. Who is monitoring the departments who are monitoring the Citizen Requests? 3) Can you tell me which department I am supposed to contact to close Citizen's Request #20020964451? As you'll note from the screenshot, it was a request for customer service that was submitted four weeks ago today, and the due date passed a week ago. Ironic, don't you think? Please advise, thank you.

The above CRS request#-20020964451 that is still showing opened for some reason but should be closed is referencing two other CRS requests that are showing addressed in the CRS system. CRS request #-20020960475 in reference to the street cleaning was completed 3/21/15 and #-20020947669 was completed on 2/06/15.
