Sharraxaadda

This fence has been falling down for several weeks/months. It seems like it would be an easy cleanup job. There is also a large piece of wood from a tree trunk/limb that is hanging from the end of a metal cable. The address is 711 Chiltern. Please kindly ask the neighbors to repair this situation. Perhaps they are intending to install a new fence? That would be great. But it would be nice to clean up this falling down situation as soon as possible. Many thanks.
