Property was cut but is overgrown again. Also bushes in their back yard is growing into other neighbors yards

The residents had the grass cut but they never cut the bushes that are growing over into my property and others.

The grass at this property has been cut but they NEVER cut the bushes.

Grass cut but property weeds are never touched. Also lots of leaves from trees. The neighbors can’t keep their property nice due to this property.
