Anyone know more effective way to get City to act on these problems? Would be great if they not only gave out a Service Request number but also an indication of the City's perception of urgency (e.g., "A=Top Priority" w/action within 3 days; "C=Modest Priority" w/action with 30-45 days, etc). If what we consider an A is given a C we know to head to City Hall. This would also set reasonable expectations (seems like Acknowledged is as far as many notices progress).

I agree some kind of indication of importance would be nice or even a ranking. This issue still isn't resolved.

Please fix our street's drainage.
