The Splash Pads have not been activated for the season yet.
They should be going live within the next 2 weeks or so.

Just an amendment:
Splash Pads are indeed activated for the season in all parks.
They are on from 12pm-8pm daily.
If it is not operational between these hours, please don't hesitate to let us know.
