I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Duke Energy Progress states that a new vendor will be producing these decorative bases, but a delivery date has not been determined. Damaged pole skirts all around downtown, such as the one pictured, will either be replaced or repaired when these become available.
