As usual, there will be events in Temple Plaza and there will be NHPD officers who will tell you that you can NOT enter.

Be sure to have you cellphone's camera activated. You will be denied entrance. When this happens, stay cool. DO NOT lose your temper. Just remain calm and accept your denial of entrance. Then, submit your video to the NHPD's Internal Affairs Unit.
