Scott Ave got two new houses built.
There is no street light on the section Scott Ave to Taylor Ave. This is dangerous for people walking in the dark.
Please do not wait until an accident happens. Install two lights now on existing utility poles.

Scott Ave is a private road owned by Murray Hills. He needs to repave it, widen first, and sweep the rocks accumulating from the ever present construction PIT. Now he's added huge piles of dirt at bottom of Scott where it empties to the parking lot.
