I hope this is the right recipient. When the streets around the lake were reconfigured, 11th was given a buses-only lane from Madison to the light at the lake. It is routinely ignored, and filled with other vehicles than buses. (Then they ignore the red right-turn arrow - buses do that too.) Can this be enforced? I am sick and tired of sitting in a line of law-abiding drivers and watching others cheat. A good source of revenue, it seems to me. Thank you.
