the stop lights on route 73 from Ramblewood in ch to berlin need to be adjusted for timing since they made that overpass at the marlton circle it is a total bottle neck from 4 to 6 pm every night. the stop lights timing needs re adjusting

There's not much they can do to re-time them when you have three arterials approaching the intersection. They're converting this into an interchange in the coming years.
