I am glad my tax dollars will not pay to have this picked up, but who will? It is a mess on an otherwise beautiful road. Will the property owner be notified of his violation of whatever ordinance you refer to and be instructed to pick it up? What department will follow through with this? It is a mess on an otherwise beautiful road.
