4/13/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with a dangerous sidewalk panel pushed up by a tree root has been formally reported to Richmond Sidewalk Management (Request #20020816503) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Sidewalk Management noted that on that as of 3/9/2012, the concrete sidewalk panel was removed and replaced with gravel until the tree can removed.
